The weather has been choking my energy
In truth, I loathe hot weather. I much prefer weather in the 70s or if I had only an extreme to choose, I'd choose the cool weather.
I'd rather talk about the story Beyond The Mattress, however. I'm doing my first re-write. Building the manicotti so to speak
It will most likely take me a month to do my first editing. Have any of you writers out there sought out editors yet?
They cost around 2 dollars per page. My book is already at 300 pages. That is 600 bucks to tell me to eliminate something that doesn't fit or build in areas that could use it. How many of you out there read a lot?
Well, I read a lot. I can tell when there is a break in a story. This first reworking of my own, its pretty clear that I have areas to add details to. Why is it that I have to pay someone 2 bucks a page to read my work?
Well, I think I'll stop by the chat to whine a bit then get back to my writing. Or, I'll fall asleep under the burden of heat. Ta ta-Chelle
